Built for throwers

Sprinters got spike covers. Throwers got ignored.

ThrowShield started with a simple observation: every spike cover brand on the market is built for sprinters, jumpers, and javelin boots with pins. Rotational throwers — shot put, discus, hammer — walk the same meet-day gauntlet on flat rubber soles that cost just as much, and nobody built a cover for them.

We're thrower-first. That means we're not adapting sprint spike technology and calling it good enough. We're designing a slip-on cover for flat rotational outsoles with forefoot pivot points — the grip that actually matters when you enter the circle.

Right now we're in validation mode. No product to ship yet — just a mission and a waitlist. Join us, tell us your shoe, and help prove throwers deserve gear built for them.

Our mission

Erase the boundaries between warm-up and the ring. Let throwers walk freely at meets without sacrificing the grip they paid for.
