When you join the ThrowShield waitlist or complete our fit survey, we collect your email address and optional information such as shoe model, size, event, and feedback. This data helps us validate demand and design product fit.
How we use it
We use your information to communicate about ThrowShield launch updates, preorders, and product development. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Email service
If configured, we may sync waitlist signups to ConvertKit or a similar email service provider. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Data storage
Waitlist and survey submissions are stored securely on our servers. Data is retained until you request deletion or we no longer need it for product development.
